• Users may be temporarily or permanently banned for repeated violations.

Limitation of Liability

ScamAlert provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted on the platform.

• We do not guarantee that scam reports are accurate or that the platform will prevent you from being scammed.
• Users are encouraged to conduct their own research and exercise caution in all online transactions.
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to Terms
